You may return most of the unused and unopened products you purchased from us, within 30 days of receiving the product. However, some products have different policies and requirements associated with them. Intimate, sanitary, health and personal care products are non-returnable for hygienic purposes.

To be eligible for a refund, your item MUST be unused and in the original condition that you received it. The packaging MUST NOT be broken wherever applicable. We reserve all the rights to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality related issues. Under any circumstances, we will not refund the original shipping cost.
We cannot accept returns under these circumstances:
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return a product back to us for a refund or exchange under the 30 Day Guarantee.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We shall not be responsible if your item is lost or undelivered.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.
If your refund is approved, then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Please note that there will be a processing time by your credit card company or bank for the refund. The refund can take up to 6 business days to process. Kindly contact us if you do not receive your refund after 6 business days.
